How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Residential - We recommend having your windows cleaned inside and out at least one time per year. Most customers like to have them done twice per year, once in the Spring/Summer and again in the Fall/Winter. For absolutely clean windows all year long, ask about our Residential Maintenance Program.
Commercial - When it comes to commercial customers, there are many variables involved. We can identify and determine what program best suits your requirements. Common service intervals for commercial work: Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Bi-annually.
How does our notorious Minnesota weather affect cleaning and scheduling?
Rain - We are able to perform services in a light mist or drizzle, with no issues. If there is a good down pour, severe thunderstorms, or high winds we will then reschedule.
Winter & Snow - Yes, we can clean your windows in the winter months! Light to moderate snowfall is not a problem. We will only reschedule for severe weather such as blizzards, ice/snow storms, or when the temperature drops below -10 degrees. Uff-dah.
Scheduling - We always keep an eye on the forecast, and will be in contact with you the week prior to your scheduled service date.
How long does this whole process take?
Estimates - A free quote only takes minutes to complete. You can call, text, or email your information including what service(s) you are interested in. No one needs to be present at the address, unless you prefer to meet with us. Most estimates are completed the same or next day!
Cleaning - Once you approve your free quote, we can then determine the amount of time required. Most services only take between 2 - 4 hours on average to complete. We work within your schedule to meet your needs.
Scheduling - To reserve your requested date and time, we recommend contacting us 1 - 2 weeks in advance. We do offer last minute, after hours, and weekend scheduling, but openings fill up fast.
Who should I expect to be working in and around my home?
In all honesty, just friendly and hardworking folks. Our company is made up of friends and family - people you can trust. We are locally owned and operated, and 90% of the time the owner is onsite. No cheap labor, no shady characters...just quality every time.
Do I need to prepare my home or business before my cleaning?
Residential - Our crew will move and replace any furniture or obstructions. All we ask is that you remove any items such as antiques, decorations, or window clings. Window treatments such as drapes or blinds can be left in place. You are not required to be home while the work is being performed. We pride ourselves on being trustworthy, but your comfort level is what truly matters to us. We are pet friendly people, but please use good judgment on whether or not to secure them. Certain cleaning services require access to water (spigot).

We require an onsite contact name and phone number. Usually we require access to water, and in some cases electricity.
